Cambridge English: Advanced is an in-depth assessment of a learner’s ability and fluency at Level C1. The qualification for high achievers who have ambitions for undergraduate or graduate-level study, or working at a professional or managerial level.
The exam empowers learners to follow any undergraduate academic course, participate with confidence in academic tutorials and seminars, carry out complex and challenging research, and communicate effectively at managerial level.
Cambridge English: Advanced has been updated for 2015 with a number of significant changes. The exam is now 45 minutes shorter and the Reading and Use of English papers are now combined. The Writing and Speaking papers also have new tasks. However, the exam remains at the same level and retains the same language and skills coverage as the previous version.
